Campaigner: Extrovert and Bridge Builder
Campaigner
You are a Campaigner!

You are an extrovert. a bridge builder.

Campaigner advocates love to take the lead but they want to work with others to advance their cause. They like to meet and discuss issues with their opposition, and they incorporate that perspective into their advocacy strategies, even if it means that the progress they are hoping to see takes longer to happen.

Ways to Advocate

There are many ways to take action and make your voice heard. Here are some ways that a Campaigner might like to advocate:

  • Have a discussion with someone who doesn’t share your political views
  • Run for office
  • Volunteer to go door to door in support of an issue or politician
  • Vote
  • Encourage others to vote
  • Call or visit your elected officials

Extrovert

An extrovert is someone who is typically outgoing and thrives off of interaction. They enjoy the company of others and enjoy social settings. They recharge from social interaction and don’t like or need a lot of alone time. They problem-solve by talking out problems or questions.

Bridge Builder

bridge builder is someone who feels that the best way to move an issue forward is to look for common ground between two sides of an issue. The basic principle behind bridge building is the pursuit of compromise in order to make lasting change.
